Welcome to Lenny Interiors
It feels like it's time for an introduction to Lenny Interiors! This July marked one year of Lenny Interiors, and it feels both surreal and deeply rewarding to look back on everything that has unfolded. When I started this firm, my vision was to create soulful, character-rich, luxury homes that feel rooted in history, connected to their surroundings, and tailored to their inhabitants. Homes that are classic, timeless, personal, and layered with meaning.
In our first year, we faced some of the highest highs professionally, but some of the lowest lows personally. A couple of months before our one-year anniversary of LI, I faced a catastrophic, unexpected loss… despite the heartache + grief, I have been filled with gratitude as well. It feels surreal that I wake up every day and do something that I love, so thank you to my amazing clients (if you’re reading this) <3
This past year, we completed three furnishing projects and one new build, each of them unique and special in its own way. What excites me most is how this foundation has set the stage for the future. We are currently in the midst of two renovations with furnishings and already preparing for three new builds that will come to life in 2026 and 2027.
Lenny Interiors is, at its heart, about creating homes with character and soul. We are not a trend-driven studio, although not all trends are bad. We do not design houses that look like they could belong anywhere, to anyone. What we create is custom to the homeowner, and rooted in the history of the land and the story it has to tell. That means no two houses will ever be the same. Every project begins with curiosity, drawing from art, culture, and geography, and ultimately becomes a home that feels like it has existed for a hundred years, even when it is brand new.
This space, here on the Blog and Substack, will be where I share more of that process. I want to bring you inside our world a little more—our projects, the history behind the architectural details + materials we love, the sources and secrets that make a house feel alive.
Here’s to year two, and all the stories still waiting to be told.
XOXO,
Lenny
